International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once the shipment reaches your country. Neon Saiyan is not responsible for these charges — they are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active.

📩 Lost or Delayed Orders
